     "I first met Chris Alvarez during construction of The Stovall, a 20 million dollar custom condominium, on Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa. I was the Project Manager/superintendent for the project. This project consisted of 30 custom units and three penthouses. Our schedule did not permit one single subcontractor to install all the stone or so we thought. We started with multiple subs but we quickly found out just how many installers there are and how few "Craftsmen". Chris is a Craftsman. He completed a huge percentage of the project without sacrificing quality or impacting our schedule. Chris has become the only Craftsman we use to install our stone work. He has completed all of the custom homes we have built since, as well as the lobby to our office building. I have also been on several of his other projects and the quality is second to none."

      "I wanted to wait before providing a testimonial something I rarely take the time to do. Chris performed a significant amount of work in our home. Including floor to ceiling marble work in all three of our bathrooms. Then he did approximately 1500 square ft of floor with 24x24 sized stone with a zero grout line. This was a job that at least 3 other reputable contractors said could not be done to my specifications.
