1 Bathroom renovation (Rol)
This example of natural stone beauty is all Creama Marfill. The entire bathroom floor to ceiling is covered, (minus where the Mirror will go). We used 18x18 on the floor, top of the tub deck, window sills, bottom of the niche and we made shelves out of it. The 18x18 is thicker and it gives it a bolder look. The walls are all straight, the main floor and shower floor are on a 45 degree angle. It's a very beautiful bathroom. A job like this usually takes about 4 weeks. You can visit this job and meet the owner any time, or call them for a reference. This project is located in Palm Harbor.

2 Complete home renovation. (Thomas)
This project is truly a masterpiece. You could easily mistake this four level 5,000 sq ft condo for a mini mansion. The entire floor is light Turkish travertine 18x18 on a 45 degree angle. All steps match the floor complete with a medallion in the entry. The hall bathroom walls are Green Onyx . All slabs (4 pieces). All interior door trim is pre-cast stone. The Fountain is a hand carved piece from China. In the guest bedroom there are solid black (Negra-Marquie) columns and medium Turkish travertine in the bathroom, with Jeliseana onyx counter tops. Gold plated faucets and sink. The master bedroom furniture has honey Onyx on all the tops with back lighting that makes them glow. This phase took 6 months to complete. The master bath deserves a page and description by itself. (The next page)

3 Complete bathroom renovation (Thomas)
This Bath room is my greatest accomplishment ( as far as my work goes) ever, hands down. There was ceramic tile every where there is now Onyx. We removed all the tile and dry wall down to the studs. The material we used to replace it is Honey Onyx. Twenty eight slabs. All to be carried up four flights of stairs .The largest pieces were 55" X 88" as you can see not many small ones. The stone is so fragile it needs a fiberglass backing to help hold it together. Some sections only used 60 % of the slab. The rest was scraped( nothing pieced together ).

The first piece to be installed was the ceiling in the shower. Notice how the inside and the outside of this round shower looks like it folds around the walls. This was achieved by cutting and numbering each piece. These pieces had to be taped to a 8' 2x4 to keep them from breaking, carrying them upstairs. This stone could break on a vain easily. If one piece broke it would waste a whole slab. The Tub deck & Counter tops are jellosiana onyx. This is one of the rarest and most fragile types of onyx available, it literally crumbles in your hand. I'm happy to tell you, not one piece broke during fabrication or installation. You can visit this job if you are planning something comparable or call for a reference any time. This project is located in Terre Verde.

4 Complete home renovation (Crane)
It was a joy to be a part of this renovation. The owners did a great job remodeling this wood frame house in Snell Isle. The Master bath is medium 18" X 18" Turkish Travertine. The walls are 90 degree angle, the main floor and shower floor is on a 45 degree angle. The lestello is light travertine. The feature stripe is 1" X 1" multi-colored travertine as well as the 5" back splash on counters. The seat is cinder blocks poured solid with concrete. The time and detail on the storage shelves, you don't see every day.

The fire place is the same stone as the master bathroom. The kitchen back splash is glass tile with a brick pattern. The powder bath is a red 20" X 20" porcelain on a 45 degree angle. The kids bath is 18" X 18" porcelain imitation Slate with the floor on a 45 degree angle and 12" X 12" on the walls. The inside of the niches are 6" x 6" on a 45 degree angle. You can visit this job with an appointment or call for a reference.

5 New home (Childress)
This job has quite a story to tell. The fountain is a hand carved marble piece from China, custom made for the owner. The center has four columns, the capitals are Roman and the bases are Greek. The bowl has grapevines carved into it (the owner is a wine connoisseur). The pieces were so heavy we used a crane to move it into position, to keep from damaging the driveway.

The medallion has stone incorporated into it from the material we used throughout the house. They used the bathroom, the main floor and countertop material. It measures 6’6” X 6’6”, it weighs 650 lbs, and is made up of over 500 pcs of ¾“ stone. The home owner is friends with the owner of the Quarry in Italy, he made a special trip to pick a custom stran of stone for this house only. The main floor is a 24” X 24” Botticino type of stone, all on a 45 degree angle. There is over 2,000 sq ft of stone flooring. The medallion had to go down first because it was thicker and the floor tile had to be built up to it.

The master bath is Rojo Alicante. The floor, tub deck and counter tops are laid with a brick joint (12“ X 24“), 50% of the shower walls are round (4“ X 12“). The ceiling and entrance to the shower is 12” X 12”. The powder bath walls and floor, fire place and the bar tops are 12” X 24“ with a brick joint as well. The pool bath is a porcelain terra cotta. The walls are all 90 degree and the floor and seat are on a 45 degree angle. The other bathrooms are Ceramic. This job is not available for visit. The Builder is available for a reference.

CitiVest
This project was for one of the few builders that I work for. The front entry is a Flamed Granite (absolute Black). The stairs are all slabs and the top landing is 18" X 18" on a 45 degree angle with a border. As you enter this beautiful home, all you see is stone. The foyer is a 24" X 24" Turkish Travertine on a 45 degree angle with dots on every corner and a border. The border and dots are Verde Green marble. The 1st level floor is entirely stone. The study, formal living room, hall bath and dining room are 24" X 24" Travertine on a 45 degree angle. The Fire place is made of a composite Travertine. The kitchen, family room and lanai are all mixed Travertine in a French pattern. As you start up the staircase, again, all you see is stone. The treads and risers are ¾" Travertine slabs. The transition and the top landing are one piece 4'X 8'.

The Master bath is a light Travertine. The walls are on a 90 degree angle, with a 6" X 6" feature stripe on a 45 degree angle. The shower floor is also 6" X 6" on a 45 degree angle. The main floor is on a 90 degree angle with an insert. The insert is on a 45 degree angle with dots and a border (Imperial Brown). The other bathroom walls are medium Travertine on a 90 degree angle with a 6” x6” feature stripe. All bathrooms have a corner shelf made from the same material. The floors are all on a 45 degree angle. There is no ceramic tile in any of this builders jobs. This job is in located in South Tampa. Unfortunately you cannot visit this project as it was sold, however the builder is available for a reference. .

8 Busto home renovation.
This job is one of the most accurate jobs I have ever done. The family room, formal living room, kitchen, dining room floor is 24" X 24" porcelain tile. The finish resembles pearl white paint. There is no sanding this down if there was a problem. Not to mention the material cost around $ 12.00 per sq ft and there is around 1,800sq ft. We went over existing tile on 40 % of the floor, the rest was new slab. The sub floor was ½" some places and 1 1/2 " in others. The Shower walls are Honey Onyx (12" X 12"). The walls are 90 degree up to the lestello, then 45 degree up to the ceiling. The shelf is made of the same material. The seat is center blocks poured solid with concrete. You can see this total renovation on the web http://peteandkellysrenovation.shutterfly.com This job is located in south Tampa. You can visit this job any time or call for a reference.

11 Lisa master bath renovation
This job is different, it is one of a kind. I will always remember this job. The walls and main floor are 24" X 24" California Gold slate. The ceiling, front wall, shower floor and the feature stripe is a 1"x1" glass mosaic tile.

When this job was described to me in the beginning, I didn't know what to think, 24" x 24" slate with glass mosaics!?. The decorator has great forsight and the courage to take chances. The stone and interior designs are second to none and a work of art.

My son worked with me all summer and this is the first job he and I worked on from start to finish. He made 60% of the cuts and carried most of the stone up stairs. This job is located in Redington Beach and you can visit with an appointment, or call for a reference..

In the middle is a tile on a 45 degree angle with a pencil bordering the top. The curb and shelves are slabs. The floor is on a 90 degree angle. This job is in Tampa (Carrolwood). The shower floor and tub deck is 1/2" X  1/2" onyx/marble mix. This bathroom has over 900 square feet of stone, 400 square feet on the walls alone. This house is located in Odessa.

This house could easily be mistaken for a courthouse; it's probably as big as some. There are over 10,000 of stone inside and out. Unfortunately after losing this job to a lower bidder, I only installed the front steps, entryway, and a header over the front door. The steps average 10' X 1'. The top is  24'' X 24'' on 45 degree angle with a border. This house is located in Ozona on the water.
